Terms of Service

By accessing or using ThyFin or thyrizwan.com ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

We provide the following applications and services:

  • ThyFin: A cloud-synced personal finance tracking application that allows you to record income and expenses, manage accounts, set budgets, and track financial goals. Your data is stored securely on our servers and synced across your devices.
  • thyrizwan.com: Information, support, and legal pages for our services.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid mobile phone number to register. Registration is verified via OTP sent through WhatsApp.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use ThyFin.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscription & Payments

Plans

ThyFin offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro features are accessible only while an active subscription is maintained.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank account details. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for Pro subscriptions. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if the subscription has been substantially used. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for their intended, lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our applications
  • Not use our services to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of our applications
  • Provide accurate information when contacting support

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of ThyFin involves the collection and storage of personal and financial data on our servers. How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

ThyFin, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the exclusive property of Rizwan Gazi. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. ThyFin is a personal finance tracking tool — it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizwan Gazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including loss of data, profits, or business.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, our services, or third parties. You may close your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page for instructions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
